We only accept returns on orders if the item you ordered arrives damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. Please follow the instructions below immediately so we can make the order right.
1) Email us at email@example.com with in 48 hours of delivery to alert us about the damaged products that you will be returning to request the Return Shipping Address.
2) Once you have shipped your product back to us – please also email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can keep an eye out for it.
3) Once we receive your package back at our facility and can confirm it’s condition, we will then ship a replacement product or issue a refund for the product and email you a confirmation. Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to post to your statement.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.
Damaged during shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously, all of our products are tested for quality and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure that it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us using the steps above for returns.
Non-delivery of the product
Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, LBDG Distributors may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the the missing item before issuing a refund or re-shipping an order.
A request based on this reason is addressed on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
